From what I read, most people take 5 mg per day. Now some people can throw a load step that 10 to 15 mg daily for one week, then 5 mg per day thereafter. Personally I am after my workout. I do it then because it has dextrose in it, transfer to it and whey for muscle, as after a workout the muscles are starving for nutrition.
