What has to be planned at a wedding?

I have not been to a wedding since I was 12 when so little memory I have of what is actually at a wedding have. My girlfriend is not always bad, somehow helped me too, I know what I'm going to help that are not really her first? So far, must appear has chosen the place, unless something really obvious and with the set up and take down of chairs, tables, dishes, linens, beverage, food and such. I'm wracking my brain and that is all I can come up with, what else is planned yet. Center pieces, invitations or requests for food, hotel reservations location of the family city, photographer, music, sweets, clothing for members of the party, singing in the book and pen in my Tux, bridal dress, basket of flowers for flower girls at the foot of the carpet for the bride, bouquet, cushions Ringbearer .... What else am I missing?

Pins butterfly?

I have a butterfly wedding. Make my own guest book, basket of flowers, a pillow, and pen. Does anyone know where I can find a simple, silver butterfly pin, snaps or buttons that would look good on everyone? Thanx!
