Do you think the exercises work redundant?
I am currently doing resistance training 3 times a week .... I ran a few days of workouts per week 3, as time and family responsibilities. Usually do 3.4 laps of a session of circuit training style. Exercises in a typical circuit: pull-ups or squats deadweight weighted push-up Standing calf raises weighted Dips w / leg lifts (with L-head) or the operation Knee man raises Biceps Curl Clean & Press alternatively I can break these exercises in supersets. Willingness to follow style, with about 10 min. intervals on a treadmill or stationary bike. I am willing to do my training as effective as possible. Any suggestions to do this or change the practice to avoid the plateau effect? Mirada preferential advice to young coaches to do training for Lean Physique court.
that will give you energy. but as to any training, the body will adapt to this situation and be less effective. To mix the extent possible. guessng keep body. do something as simple as making your workouts in different days a week instead of the same days each week are the same.
