Setting the fact that I could be accused of being a kiss, and now I am abused by my boss?
I just did a fantastic job at work and Now, suddenly, a huge reality has beaten me. I think my boss takes me for a kiss up! I just do my best work! He notes that in his mind ... and play with me I work as worse. For example: I say I want to go to a break and says I can go when another colleague back ... then I say good, I go, turn and he played dumb and told me I've already had taken my break ... He treats me like I'm doing the worst job he has abused the fact that I work ..... Hard as it is said: "You do not smile ..." It's annoying. How do I fix this problem?
Firstly ignore what your boss thinks. Actions speak louder than words. Whether or not you think a kiss your site is irrelevant. It is remarkable that the user has a great work ethic, not many. What matters is doing the best. Maintaining the interaction between the two of you as professional possible. Try to find a set time to go on break. When feedback about your performance at work, just ignore it. Otherwise, find another job that you like.
